Order Tracking and Delivery Information
Tracking number for your order(s) are automatically emailed to you once your order ships. It can
take up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update when you received the email.
All order(s) leaving our fulfillment center are shipped with tracking and orders over $25.00 are
marked “signature required.” If your order tracking status has been marked “delivered” according
to the carrier tracking, we are not liable for its whereabouts beyond that point.
Please contact the appropriate shipping carrier directly and provide them your tracking# to locate

IMPORTANT: USPS (United States Postal Service) tracking information will take up to 24-48 hours
from the time of delivery to update. USPS can and will on occasion mark a shipment “delivered”
before it is actually delivered and can sometimes be 1-2 days later. If your order tracking status has
been marked “delivered” according to the carrier tracking, we are not liable for its whereabouts
beyond that point.
